They are now in the finishing stages of their journey towards becoming a 100% SaaS company and are seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager who can continue to innovate and contribute to taking them to the next level.  Our customer is determined to keep attracting new and delighting their existing customers with their products and services. The buyer- and the customer journey are a vital part of this, and this is where you come in!

As Customer Onboarding Manager you are the relationship-builder who love talking to and teaching customers about the products. You will become a product and solution expert who can educate customers on how to use our solutions to help them achieve value and good return on investment.

As Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be part of the Customer Delight Team, who ensures the best customer satisfaction and product knowledge for corporate accounts customers all over the world.
The end-customers depend on the knowledge and product expertise, so you have to have passion for technology and customers.

Professionally you have:
  • Minimum 3 years of Customer Success, Account Management or Customer Service-related experience
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, and tailor-fit product capabilities and business relations accordingly
  • A passion for customer relationships
  • The drive to take initiative and be accountable
  • The ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
  • The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Good organizational and analytical skills, ability to plan, track tasks and deliver to agreed timescales
  • The ability to recognize high priority situations and take appropriate escalation actions
  • The ability to handle several onboarding processes simultaneously
  • Very good English in speech and writing – the company has customers and colleagues from all over the world, and fluency in English is a requirement

It would be nice if you:
  • Have domain expertise in SaaS, APIs, Workflow automation and user training
  • Are comfortable with advising and guiding new and existing clients to use the products in the best possible way
  • Are curious about new technology and how it can benefit our customers
  • Have experience delivering engaging trainings and workshops
  • Have international experience, through education or working experience
