We focus on the Nordic market and we are looking for motivated and skilled candidates that fit the innovative and can-do environment of our customers. We are now looking for a Business Administrator

This is a Great opportunity to join and learn from a highly skilled IT Consulting and Support organization. You will also have the opportunity to evolve and find future roles, for the right candidates, in our customers’ organization!

This position is a support feature for management and the other staff in the department. The tasks will be varied, and the person will play an important role in the implementation of the daily activities: from setting up meetings, scheduling, taking notes in meetings, also a lot related to the business. Like managing expenses, booking travel and engage in the day-to-day also.

 

The work tasks are as follow:

• Provide the best service to the Manager and department

 • Coordinate calendars, and email including accepting meetings, booking of external meetings, team meetings, 1:1 and avoiding colliding meetings.

• Coordinate and participate in department activities (most internal) as leader team meetings, joint gatherings and offsite meetings. Coordinate dates, place, and create ideas for your agenda.

• Assist the marketing department in projects they run towards customers and partners

• Write minutes and summaries from management team meetings. Follow up on actions.

• • Assist the team and the sales representatives with contract processing.

• Responsible for having best practices for purchase and Compliance

• Responsible for bringing the expense checks to your managers.

• They will also possess a social responsibility that includes being the department's link and project responsibilities for Department of events and activities

 

The top three must have hard skills are:

  • 1-3 years administrative or project coordination experience in fast-paced environment
  • Diary management, calendar, email and meeting booking.
  • Strong technical and business skill in using different tools (CRM, HR, Procurement) and Microsoft collaboration and productivity solutions, like Teams, OneNote, Sharepoint, PowerPoint and Excel.

We are looking for candidates with1-3 years administrative or project coordination experience in fast-paced environment; effective project management skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative group. Learn new tools and deliver high quality results on time. Highly detail oriented and effective organizational skills. Ability to effectively implement and monitor complex plans and schedules. Ability to work effectively with internal / external groups or individuals. Ability to work across divisional teams. Strong working knowledge of email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software; with experience using current version of MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred.

 

The candidates we are looking for are fluent in Norwegian and English. The temp position has an end date, the 30th of June 2019 but with an option to extend. The position is going to be based at our clients’ office in Oslo.
